There are many great places to get wet in Kentucky! From splash parks to aquatic centers it’s a great time to enjoy time with your family and explore a new place!


Lexington
Lexington is home to four aquatic centers and two neighborhood pools. All pools accept cash, check or credit card. You can pay at the door or purchase a pool pass to use all summer.
Notice: A Parks & Recreation swim meet will take place at a city pool on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings through July. Hosting pools will be closed to the general public during these meets beginning at 5 p.m.

Pool Passes
Early-bird prices for pool passes will be available starting at noon on April 19 and will continue through May 22, 2022, ONLY!

After May 22, pool passes will no longer be available to purchase online.
Beginning Saturday, May 28, pool passes will be available for purchase at all aquatic centers during operating hours (cash, check, credit/debit).
Individual pool pass: $55
Good for individual admission to all City pools for the duration of the pool season.
Family pool pass: $270
Good for one family admission to all City pools for the duration of the pool season. Family passes are for up to six people that live within one household.

Features zero-depth entry, a looped slide, a separate diving pool with two diving boards and a climbing wall, a separate 25-meter lap pool and a concession stand (menu).

Features a separate play pool for young children, a splash bucket, tall slide, zero-depth entry and a concession stand (menu).

Tates Creek – 1400 Gainesway Drive, Lexington, KY, 40517
Features a separate pool with an enclosed looped slide, a separate toddler pool with play structures and a large pool that includes 50-meter lap lanes. Concessions are available at the golf course concession stand.

Features a looped slide, a giant octopus, a diving board, zero-depth entry, a small concession stand (snacks and drinks), and an enclosed splash pad.

Spraygrounds
Lexington has four spraygrounds located at Castlewood, Douglass, Jacobson and Masterson Station parks. Spraygrounds are interactive water features that are ideal for children of all ages. Designed to have no standing water, there is no lifeguard on duty so parent supervision is required.
Masterson Station and Jacobson spraygrounds will open for the season April 23, 2022. Castlewood will open May 28 and Douglass will open June 4.

Suffoletta Family Aquatic Center
The Suffoletta Family Aquatic Center is an interactive outdoor family aquatic center. It has a total of 18,000+ square feet of surface area. The 1200 square foot splash pad for children 10 and under is located right next to the Leisure Pool that boasts 7,860 square feet of surface area with an interactive play feature. Lounge around in our 700 linear foot Lazy River, that’s about .13 miles around and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete a circuit. Take an exciting ride on our 200 foot, 5 story tower water slide! You must be at least 48″ to challenge the slide.
The Pavillion (Indoor pool) – The Pavilion Pool will be closed from May 21-July 11, 2022 for necessary maintenance and improvements.
This indoor pool features eight lane competition lap pool, a leisure pool with whirlpool and a 108 ft. slide.

Richmond
Paradise Cove at Lake Reba – Opens May 28, 2022
The Paradise Cove Aquatic Center opened in 2008 and features a good pool with diving boards, an ADA lift, an Aqua Climb rock climbing wall. The feature pool is a zero-depth entry and has a kid’s play structure with water sprays, a net climb, and a dumping bucket. For the younger kids, there is a kid slide and an 18in a shallow pool. For older kids, and the young at heart, there is a family slide for multiple riders, a whirlpool, and open swim areas which are between 0 inches and 40 inches deep. The main attraction at this facility is the 40 feet slides- one straight chute and a spiral slide. Restrooms, lockers, and affordable concessions are all located on-site. Shade Structures and lounge chairs are available on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Versailles
Falling Springs Aquatic Center
Splash Pool is projected to open the Saturday before Memorial Day and close Labor Day. Outdoor Pool will only be open on the weekends once Woodford County Schools start and will close Labor Day.
Falling Springs features 2 large water slides (Must be 42″ tall to ride), Vortex, mushroom waterfall, lazy river with floats, along with play features with small slide, tire swing and more for younger children.

Kentucky Splash Water Park – Opening May 28, 2022
The center includes an 18,000 square ft. wave pool, a drift river, a kiddy activity pool, a triple slide complex, a double slide tower, a go-kart track, a championship miniature golf course, an arcade, a batting cage, and a driving range.
