The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation is delighted to host the annual Southern Lights Stroll and 5K presented by CHI Saint Joseph Health Creating Safer Neighborhoods Initiative. 

The Kentucky Horse Park invites you to help set the Holiday Season in motion as you join the 2025 Southern Lights Stroll on Sunday, November 22nd, 2025!

Gates will open at 4:00 p.m. The 5K race will start at 5:30 p.m., and the Stroll will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Be one of the first to experience this year’s stunning displays as you race or stroll through the Kentucky Horse Park.

 

• Gates will open at 4:00 p.m.
• The 5K race will start at 5:30 p.m., and the Stroll will begin at 6:00 p.m.
• Till November 1st, sign up for the competitive 5K at a discounted price of $35 and the untimed Stroll for $30.
• After November 1st, the cost to sign up for the competitive 5k will be $40, and the untimed Stroll will be $35.
• Pre-registration is encouraged for both the 5K and the Stroll. Shirts are included for the first 2,000 adults registered.
• Children 12 and under are free.
• Youths ages 7-12 may register as adults to receive a shirt.
