It’s springtime in the Bluegrass and a great time to explore, experiment, and get creative inside and out! Join the Living Arts & Science Center’s teachers, staff and special guests for a FREE day of indoor and outdoor hands-on arts, science and music activities.
The event is free and open to the public and offers many new activities as well as annual events. All activities are hands-on and will take place indoors and out,
rain or shine!
Special events this year will include:
- The Kentucky Reptile Zoo with LIVE animals!
Creating inter-planetary clay creatures in the LASC’s new Clay Studio. - Being wowed by our Fizz, Boom science experiments!
- Visiting the art and hands-on science exhibits.
- Experiencing the LASC’s new 3D printers and interactive MaKey MaKeys at work!
- Visiting our Live Animals and learn about their water and land habitats.
- Creating colorful crafts like paper marbling, giant murals, and other collaborative art!
- And, multiple planetarium shows!
Snacks and refreshments are available for purchase.
