My family loves to visit the Red River Gorge for hiking, great restaurants, and enjoying all the beauty of Kentucky each season. There is never a bad time to visit and we love the variety of activities available in the area. It’s so much fun to stay in the woods and some of these cabins look amazing! Stay off the beaten path, up in the trees, or beside a flowing creek.

After leaving the main treehouse cottage, an elevated staircase leads you to another smaller treehouse called the “nest.” Enjoy the national forest on your observation deck overlooking the trailheads while hearing the gentle stream of a nearby creek!
