The Pinnacles in Berea is a wonderful spot not too far from Lexington where visitors can enjoy great overlooks and a variety of trails for all hiking abilities.
Trails reopened June 1, 2020 – Please follow social distancing guidelines while hiking. Remain in groups of less than 10, wear masks when passing others, and practice Leave No Trace by cleaning up any trash you have.

Located at 2047 Big Hill Rd. Berea, KY 40403
If you are coming from Berea on Big Hill (Hwy 21), there’s a parking lot and the Forestry Outreach Center on the left about 3 miles from Boone Tavern. If you hit the Big Hill Food Mart at the intersection of Hwy 21 and 421 you’ve gone too far.
