Fayette County Schools has numerous school sites providing meals this summer as well as a few Lexington Public Library branches.

Additional Food Available this Summer
Lexington Public Library – Join us for exciting activities that will keep your family engaged in learning all summer long! All students receive a free Lextran ride with a student success card. In partnership with FCPS, we will also provide summer lunches and an afternoon snack at the Eastside Branch, Northside Branch, Tates Creek Branch, and Marksbury Family Branch, starting June 4th and running through July 25th.
Lunch will be served from 12:00 to 12:30 PM, and snack will be available from 3:00 to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday.
Lexington Rescue Mission – Free breakfast from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and hot, nutritious lunches from 12 to 1 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Breakfast and lunch are free and open to anyone in need. All meals are served at our Outreach Center at 444 Glen Arvin Avenue.
Meal Hand Out at FoodChain will now be: Dinner (anyone) Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4 – 6 pm. 501 W. Sixth St, Suite 105 (where Jefferson St. meets West Sixth St.)
