LexArts Cultural Pass is a program that provides free access to many of Lexington’s arts and culture institutions for youth grades K-12. It encourages students to continue their education in the arts to avoid summer learning loss.

The LexArts Cultural Pass is valid for admission at participating venues for Summer 2025. Cultural Pass is a partnership of LexArts, Fayette County Public Schools, and local arts organizations.
How to Participate
- -Valid Summer 2025 for all K-12 students in Fayette County
- -You can pick up your Cultural Pass Card at your local school, library, or visit us at LexArts (161 N. Mill St.)
- -Pass includes free admission for one student and one accompanying adult at participating venues
- -Cultural Pass cards act as a FREE bus pass through LexTran
- -Some Cultural Pass events may require advance registration

Your Cultural Pass Card can act as a FREE bus pass through LexTran.
We are excited to announce that American Red Cross Wheels has joined the LexArts Culture Pass 2025 as a new partner. This partnership will provide free or reduced fare transportation to individuals with disabilities and accessibility issues, ensuring they can easily attend and enjoy our diverse range of cultural pass activities.
The Wheels Transportation program is a shared ride, door-to-door, public transportation service designed and funded by Lextran and operated by the Bluegrass Chapter of the American Red Cross to meet the needs of Lexington-Fayette County residents with disabilities by providing economical and accessible transportation.
You can register for the service by completing an application and having a healthcare provider fill out a Medical Verification Form. For more details on the application process, visit Wheels Paratransit – Lextran
