Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the MyLowe’s Rewards Kids Club?

MyLowe’s Rewards Kids Club is a free suite of benefits included with your MyLowe’s Rewards membership. It’s designed to make every store visit more fun for families, giving kids hands-on activities, special surprises and reasons to get excited about coming to Lowe’s. The intent is to create moments that families can enjoy together, such as parents building with their kids at our monthly workshops, coming in to get a free exclusive giveaway that everyone can enjoy or simply making their trip to Lowe’s a bit easier by offering our Kids Club members a free organic lollipop every time they visit.

How much does it cost to join?

Nothing at all. The Kids Club benefits are completely free for all MyLowe’s Rewards members. Although it’s free to join MyLowe’s Rewards Kids Club and enjoy the core benefits, there may be select events or workshops that are offered exclusively for MyLowe’s Rewards Kids Club members and require a small fee to participate.

Who can join the Kids Club?

Parents or guardians that are enrolled in MyLowe’s Rewards can create a Kids Profile for any child under the age of 18.

How do I sign my child up?

Parents can create a Kids Profile two ways:
1. Access your MyLowe’s Rewards Account dashboard, under Kids Profiles.
– Visit My Account
– Select My Settings
– Select Personal Information
– Select Kids Profiles
2. Go to Lowes.com/KidsClub.
– Select an upcoming Kids Workshop to register for.
– During the registration process, it’ll prompt you to create a Kids Profile in order to register. Once your Kids Profile is created, your child is ready to start enjoying perks immediately, such as registering for an upcoming free workshop.

What free perks are a part of MyLowe’s Rewards Kids Club?

  • Monthly in-store Kids Workshops
  • Organic lollipops during your in-store visit (While supplies last.)
  • Kid-themed giveaways (Limited quantities. While supplies last.)
  • Seasonal, in-store activities, such as scavenger hunts
  • Exclusive digital content
  • In-app gamification, such as digital badges
  • … and more!

How often are the Kids Workshops?

Workshops are held once a month, typically on the third Saturday. Each workshop lasts about 30 – 45 minutes, depending on the age of the child and the complexity of that month’s kit.

Do I need to preregister for Kids Workshops?

Yes. Parents can reserve a spot at Lowes.com/KidsClub. We recommend registering early since spots may fill up at your local store.

What ages are the Kids Workshops for?

Workshops are generally recommended for kids ages 4 through 11 with parent or guardian supervision.

Do kids earn rewards for participating in Kids Club activities?

Yes! Kids can collect both physical and digital badges for attending workshops and events. As they build their collection, they’ll work toward earning free rewards, such as a tool bag, as part of our Builder Recognition program. See details and terms here.

Do digital badges count toward the Builder Recognition program?

Currently, digital badges don’t count toward the Builder Recognition program. For 2025 – 2026, you must continue to collect the physical workshop badges. Once you have collected 12 qualifying badges, you can submit an approval for your free tool bag by visiting Lowes.com/SrBuilder. Terms apply.

Do we need to show anything in store to claim Kids Club perks?

Just let an associate know you’re a MyLowe’s Rewards member with a registered child. Associates will help your child access perks, like lollipops and giveaways, and help you register for an upcoming Kids Workshop.

Why collect digital badges?

In 2026, we’ll continue awarding Builder Recognition prizes based on physical-badge collection. Starting in 2027, new prizes will be announced and, don’t worry, all of your digital badges collected in 2026 will count toward our newer, bigger prizes for your little ones. Stay tuned for more news, and in the meantime, collect those digital badges.
