Life Adventure Center invites fathers and children to connect, explore, and make lasting memories at Fatherhood Day, a one-day outdoor adventure designed to strengthen family bonds through fun and challenge in nature.
The event takes place Saturday, June 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Life Adventure Center’s 575-acre campus in Woodford County. Participants (ages 8 and up) will enjoy guided activities including rock climbing, zip-lining, and canoeing, all designed to build trust, encourage communication, and deepen relationships.
“Fatherhood Day is a celebration of connection,” said Julie Breitigan, Executive Director of Life Adventure Center. “Our programs are grounded in healing and growth through adventure, and we’re proud to offer an experience that brings dads and kids together in a powerful, purposeful way.”
Each registered family will receive a $25 gift card, and lunch will be provided. The event is free to attend, thanks to generous support from the Commonwealth Center for Fathers & Families.
Pre-registration is required, and spots are limited. Families can register by scanning the QR code on the event flyer or by visiting lifeadventurecenter.org.
