STEM Day will showcase local STEM professionals from Valvoline, Lockheed Martin, Whitaker Bank, Lexmark with hands-on activities and demonstrations throughout the day. With activities and demonstrations focusing on friction, magnetism, driving simulators, the magic of science and more, the LCM hopes to inspire children to explore science, technology, engineering, and math with community partners. In conjunction with First 5 Lex and Fayette County Public School’s Countdown to Kindergarten initiative, all rising Fayette County kindergarteners will receive free admission for STEM Day
