Discovery Saturdays are back and better than ever! Get ready to have a blast at Discovery Saturdays sponsored by PNC Bank! Our first “We are back!” event will be Amazing Animals from 10am-1pm on July 17. Join us for animal-themed art projects, a scavenger hunt of our Animal Ambassadors and the Habitat Earth planetarium show. And, children under 5-years-old can explore the GRAND OPENING our newly re-designed Makerspace for little hands. The Lexington Humane Society will be showing all sorts of cuteness with animals available for adoption, and First 5 Lex with Fayette County Public Schools will be signing kids up for kindergarten.
