The Marafiki Center proudly presents its 3rd annual Swahili Day: A Cultural Celebration!
This event showcases the vibrant culture of Lexington’s African and Swahili-speaking community. We invite everyone to come and experience the culture, food, music, and arts of Africa.
From crafts stalls to a lively lineup of performers to delicious food, this festive event is full and fun for the whole family. The kids won’t be left out either! We’ll have a bouncy house, face painting, and exciting carnival games with an African twist.
Plenty of on-site parking is available
