We’re excited to offer a FREE 2-hour field hockey clinic for girls in grades K–8 — no experience needed!
First Shot: Girls’ Field Hockey Clinic is perfect for beginners. Kids will learn how to pass, shoot, and play as a team in a fast-paced, fun environment led by trained OTA coaches.
This event is 100% free thanks to grant support from USA Field Hockey, and all gear is provided.
What to Expect:
• Stick handling basics
• Passing and shooting drills
• Team games and confidence-building activities
• A fun, supportive space to try a new sport!
