It’s springtime in the Bluegrass and a great time to explore, experiment, and get creative inside and out!  Join the Living Arts & Science Center’s teachers, staff and special guests for a FREE day of indoor and outdoor hands-on arts, science and music activities.

The event is free and open to the public and offers many new activities as well as annual events. All activities are hands-on and will take place indoors and out,
rain or shine!

Snacks and refreshments are available for purchase.
Special events this year will include:

• Be wowed by our Fizz, Boom science experiments!
• Try your hand at throwing pots with award-winning ceramicist and LASC Gallery Director, Jeffrey Nichols.
• Visit the art and hands-on science exhibits.
• Have a “blast” launching paint rockets!
• Experience the LASC’s new 3D printers at work!
• Visit our Live Animals and learn about their water and land habitats.
• Create colorful crafts!
• And, everyone can turn pavement to canvas for painting in the parking lot!
