DESCRIPTION:The Bluegrass Players Community Theater troupe is delighted to 
 host auditions for their forthcoming production\, The Spotlight Christmas 
 Show\, masterfully directed by Chad Hembree. This production involves a ra
 nge of roles within three delightful\, seasonal plays\, catering to actors
  from ages 7 to senior adults. The audition is scheduled for September 11t
 h at 7:30 pm\, with the grand performances planned for November 17\, 18\, 
 25\, and 26.\n\nThe three plays include ‘The Only Christmas Pageant in T
 own’\, which is a story about Olive Green trying to perfect the yearly C
 hristmas pageant with her friends when a snowstorm prevents the Hollywood 
 troupe she hired from showing up. ‘Black and Blue Friday’ revolves aro
 und Ellie and her husband\, Jackson\, who wish to enjoy their first holida
 y season together but end up in holiday chaos due to Ellie’s backwoods r
 elatives causing havoc at a shopping mall on Black Friday. Lastly\, ‘Gif
 t of the Magi’ recreates O. Henry’s holiday favorite in a touching sta
 ge adaptation about Jim and Della\, a young couple\, who each sell their m
 ost prized possessions to buy the other’s Christmas presents\, only to d
 iscover a poignant and humorous irony.\n\nFor aspiring actors interested i
 n auditioning\, here are key points to remember:\nThe audition will involv
 e a cold reading and following directions.\nNo prior acting experience is
