DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Annual Summer Flower and Crafts Festival at Mom-
 Mom's Lavender! Join us on August 16\, 2025\, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for a cel
 ebration of summer flowers and crafts. This highly anticipated event bring
 s together flower enthusiasts\, craft lovers\, and nature enthusiasts from
  all around. We have partnered with Paws 4 the Cause in Lexington and one 
 half of all fees goes to Paws for the Cause to help animal rescue. The fee
  to attend the festival is $12 per adult (16 and up)\, $7 per youth (6 to 
 15) and children under 6 are free.\nHighlights:\nRows of Sunflower: Bask i
 n the golden glow of our rows of sunflowers\, perfect for breathtaking pho
 to opportunities and serene strolls.\nRows of Zinnias and other flowers: D
 iscover the bright and cheerful zinnia blooms that add a pop of color to o
 ur festival\, delighting visitors with their intricate patterns and vivid 
 hues.\nNative Wildflower Meadow: Explore a meadow bursting with native wil
 dflowers\, celebrating the local flora and attracting butterflies and bees
 .\nDahlia Showcase: Be mesmerized by the stunning variety of dahlias on di
 splay\, from the petite pom-poms to the dinner-plate giants\, each bloom a
  work of art.\nHyssop Haven: Enjoy the soothing scent of hyssop flowers\, 
 known for their aromatic and therapeutic properties\, in our flower garden
 .\nMany of our English lavenders will still have blooms\, not nearly as in
 tense as the spring bloom\, but you can still pick a fragrant  bouquet o
 f lavender..\nPhotography Opportunities: Rows of blooming flowers\, includ
 ing Sunflowers\, provide stunning backdrops for photography enthusiasts. V
 isitors often take advantage of the festival to capture beautiful pictures
  with these vibrant flowers.\nFood and Drinks: Our festival features local
  food vendors offering sunflower-themed or seasonal treats. This could inc
 lude sunflower seeds\, sunflower oil products\, or dishes inspired by sunf
 lowers.\nFloral Workshops: Get hands-on with workshops that teach the art 
 of creating beautiful floral arrangements\, flower crowns\, and more\, gui
 ded by experienced local florists.\nLive Music and Entertainment: Relax an
 d enjoy live performances from local musicians\, creating the perfect ambi
 ance as you wander through our floral paradise.\nChildren’s Activities: 
 Keep the little ones engaged with a range of fun activities\, including fl
 ower-themed crafts\, storytelling\, and interactive gardening experiences.
