DESCRIPTION:Pendleton Outdoor Palooza (POP) showcases the outdoor adventure
 s around Pendleton County. Our natural resources are some of our greatest 
 assets. Join us in exploring and celebrating the county.\n\nFrom the rolli
 ng hills that are great for runners and bikers\, to the winding Licking ri
 ver that invites canoeing and kayaking\, to Kincaid Lake State Park that o
 ffers fishing\, boating\, hiking\, and camping\, to the local hiking trail
 s allowing you to see and hear indigenous wildlife\, to the companies and 
 businesses who host exciting activities\, make tasty treats\, and sell uni
 que products\, POP will have something for everyone in the family.\n\nThe 
 morning will begin with the Daniel Boone Run for Statehood and the Joey We
 lls Memorial Kids Fishing Tournament at Kincaid Lake State Park. Thaxtons 
 Canoes will have canoe and kayak rentals. Check out the hiking trails at K
 incaid\, Cedar Line Natural Trails\, the Pendleton County Athletic Park\, 
 and Pendleton County Extension Center. Camp Northward will have its ziplin
 e open to the public. There will be guided tours of Punkyville. There are 
 discounted rates for golf at Kincaid Golf Course and Pendleton Hills. The 
 Red Barn Museum will be open to the public. The Pendleton County Farmers M
 arket will be selling local goods. Local restaurants will have specials an
 d discounts throughout the day.\n\nIn the afternoon\, Honey Hill Farm Pett
 ing Zoo will be at the Pendleton County Fairgrounds\, along with a number 
 of food trucks. Later in the afternoon there will be the 1st Annual POP Cr
 uise In\, with the first 50 entries getting goodie bags and dash plaques. 
 The entire event will conclude with a free concert by the 50s/60s show ban
 d\, the Belairs at the Griffin Center.\n\nThe Pendleton County Tourism Cou
 ncil has put together a great lineup of events. Join us for scheduled acti
