DESCRIPTION:Glow Ride kicks off with a festival at 5 p.m.\, followed by the
  parade lineup at 6:45 p.m. The festival will take place in the Ashley Hom
 e Store parking lot. The ride will take place on the paved path\, and the 
 trail will be lit.\nThis fun\, family-friendly event is set for the weeken
 d of the time change to highlight the importance of being safe and seen wh
 en riding in the dark\, as well as helping cyclists feel more comfortable 
 and confident riding.\nThe festival will offer a variety of activity stati
 ons\, including free tire checks and bike tune-ups\, reflective gear givea
 ways and a bike decoration station. Hot chocolate and water will be provid
 ed\, and food and drink will be available for purchase.\nYouth and adult b
 ikes will be available to check out on a first-come\, first-served basis.\
