DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nLexington normally hosts free paper shred events twice 
 a year\, once in the spring and again in the fall. Fayette County resident
 s may bring up to five boxes or bags of material to be shredded at no cost
 .\n\nThis event allows Lexington residents to safely dispose of their sens
 itive materials in an environmentally-friendly way. Shred-it\, a division 
 of Stericycle\, securely destroys documents on-site with their fleet of mo
 bile shredding trucks. The material collected is recycled into low-grade p
 aper products.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the event\n\n\n\nSaturday\, April 26\,
  2025 | 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.\n1631 Old Frankfort Pike (Participants should en
 ter via Jimmie Campbell Dr.)\n\nPlease note:\n\n\n 	No wet materials will 
 be accepted.\n 	No plastic binders or binder clips should be included with
  materials.\n 	Staples\, paper envelopes and paper clips are acceptable.\n
  	Participants are asked not to arrive before 9 a.m. as event organizers w
 ill be unable to accommodate anyone before that time.\n 	Cardboard boxes w
 ill be collected at the event and sent to the Lexington Recycling Center.\
