SUMMARY:Halloween Hoe-Down Drive Thru
DESCRIPTION:The festival will begin at 6:00pm and continue until 8:00pm. We
  will be conducting this year’s event as a Drive Thru in accordance with
  COVID-19 safety protocols. Vendors will be setup along a pre-determined r
 oute and guests will drive along to view the decorations. We will be distr
 ibuting a LIMITED number of goodie bags to guests who drive thru.\n\nThe d
 rive thru will continue until 8pm\, though we may run out of candy before 
 then.\n\nIf you would like to setup at the event\, which includes decorati
 ng a booth and having flyers or other promotional materials distributed\, 
 please visit https://www.richmond.ky.us/halloween-hoe-down! We are also a
 ccepting donations for candy to give out at the event.
