 website.\nDuring the LexArts HOP\, thousands of locals and visitors alike 
 converge on downtown Lexington to celebrate art throughout the evening wit
 h new gallery exhibitions and special arts events. With dozens of gallerie
 s and non-traditional exhibit spaces\, the LexArts HOP is arguably Lexingt
 on's most anticipated visual arts celebration\, and it happens on the thir
 d Friday of every other month.\n\nPatrons begin at one of 40-plus location
 s and visit as many or as few participating venues as they would like. Eac
 h site presents an exciting new exhibit for each HOP and\, thanks to the g
 enerosity of the McBrayer Law Firm and others\, admission is always free. 
 Though many shops\, galleries and supporting venues are open earlier\, off
 icial HOP hours are 5-8pm\, with many restaurants\, bars and other non-tra
